Order Processing and Shipping

• Ready to Ship Items normally ship within 2 to 5 business days after we receive your order.
• For most Made to Order Items please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to create your item(s) and process your order prior to mailing. If processing will take longer, we'll let you know in advance.

• Shipping Methods:
• The United States Postal Service limits First Class Mail to packages weighing less than 16 ounces (1 pound). Optional upgrades are available.
• We will ship packages weighing 16 ounces or more via Priority Mail.

• Estimated Delivery Time = Our Processing Time + USPS
• Estimated Arrival Time:
• USPS estimates that First Class packages will arrive within 3 business days after we mail them.
• For speedier delivery (estimated 1 to 3 business days after mailing), you may choose Priority or Priority Express Mail.
• Keeping in mind that delays may occur after your package is in transit, please allow a few extra days longer then the post office estimates to receive your order. Thank you.
